SANJEEV BODWAL

Sanjeev Bodwal opened PhysioPro Physiotherapy & Massage Therapy Clinic in 2012 with the purpose of providing quality healthcare services to the local communities. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario.  Sanjeev believes in early intervention after injury, and also proactive therapy to prevent common issues from escalating to chronic problems and possibly injury.

Having played competitive soccer for most of his life, Sanjeev understands the importance of early intervention after injury.  Injury can result from a variety of reasons including sport, recreational activity, workplace accident, or motor vehicle accident.  Physiotherapy can help return someone to their pre-injury status in a safe and effective manner.

Common aches and pains caused by daily tasks at work and home can lead to injury or can escalate to chronic repetitive-type pain.  Physiotherapy can help detect muscle and joint deficiencies early during the painful phase.  Appropriate treatment can prevent the progression of pain and thus prevent future injury.

Sanjeev works with various professions whose work duties involve repetitive-type movements (ie. nurses, teachers, administrative desk jobs, and manual labor jobs).  Sanjeev has been able to help these individuals with their current pain and provide strategies to help prevent injury.  More importantly, these individuals have been able to continue to work and participate their regular daily activities.
